Our dynamic team comprises of the head of the section and two (02) Managers, heading the Sales and Technical departments, together with five (05) Senior Engineers for the specialized areas of Solutions design, Installations, Breakdown Services, pre/post (warranty) support and work shop repairs. Highly experienced and qualified in-house technical team consists of another four (04) Senior Technicians after training will take over Installation, implementation and maintenance. In addition all regional office Technical personal will handle up to level 2 repairs and maintenance of systems in their respective regions under the supervision of the head of engineering.

Twenty four hour (24) technical support with customer hotline facilities is unique to the company over the competitors and ensures unmatchable service to the customers.
